Embedded in the founding team. The product helps architectural firms capture what they know and reuse it across projects. I build the engineering platform behind it: dev infrastructure, observability, deployment, release rhythm, and an AI-agent workforce doing real daily work alongside the humans.

Built RumbaCorp, a multi-country salsa ecosystem operated by an AI-agent workforce. It runs on autopilot now. Field reporting from the conference floor: Swiss Cyber Security Days in Bern, Swiss Cyber AI Conference in Lugano, International Humanoid Forum in Biel, MC at BTC Prague. Published in Technische Rundschau and on Lightning.News, where I edit the 4-language Bitcoin interview corpus. Built my own tooling along the way: stxctl, a command-line tool that stands up a full monitoring stack in minutes. Dashboards, logs, metrics, on my own hardware. My own operating lab. Every method I now bring to clients was tested here first, at my own risk.

Greenfield CI/CD architecture for FIS Front Arena trading platform. Nothing existed. I designed and built a PowerShell framework that automated the whole lifecycle: config, install, updates, secrets. Standard tools didn't work on their Windows stack, so I made my own. Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Python.

Migrated internal services from a deprecated platform. Each project was different. I had to understand the team's situation, read their code (Go, Java, Python, C++), redesign the migration, and hand it back so they could run it. The goal: make their life easier, not harder.

Built the SRE team for Switzerland's first FINMA-regulated crypto bank. Multi-cloud: AWS, Azure, OpenShift. Managed external certified partners. Six months. Short, but I left a team and a platform that worked.

Worked on a machine learning platform as a service for Roche from August 2020. Designed AWS cloud architecture, developed infrastructure and CI/CD, and drove production deployments on AWS, Kubernetes and Kubeflow. As Development Lead during the final six months, shaped the solution architecture, coordinated developers and contributed code. The platform enabled data scientists to develop and serve ML models.

Built the DevOps team from scratch. Switzerland and India. First automated production releases for a complex cloud-native platform. CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes. External security audits. SAFe and Scrum.

Big data platforms for Swiss enterprise. Cloudera, Hortonworks, AWS, Azure. I talked to clients, understood what they needed, proposed the architecture. Then built it.

Cloud migration from on-premise. Trained the team. Explained cloud to French management in business language.

In-memory computing on AWS. Apache Ignite, Cassandra. Ran a community of practice for DevOps.

Database migration from Oracle to SQL Server. HA architecture. Internal expert for teams moving to the new platform.

12 years. Built the entire IT infrastructure for a manufacturing company. Three locations, HA network, VPN, servers, databases, backups. Downtime meant stopped production. This is where I learned what 'it has to work' really means.
